Prema Menon is among Singapore’s foremost directors and producers of independent film for Tamil, and third culture Indian audiences. Founder of Rupture Productions, she has received multiple awards for her short film work from Asian film festivals around the world. She also has an enviable roster of corporate, NGO and government clients and a groundbreaking first-to-market, Magazine-style, webseries pilot targeting Singaporean and expatriate Indians.  She has also worked alongside world-renowned directors on multiple projects for National Geographic, Discovery Asia and Channel News Asia. 

Durai & Saro 30mins (PG)

Durai is an Indian construction worker working in Singapore. Trying his best to make ends meet and provide for his family back home, he doubles up as a car washer at night. While washing at his usual neighbourhood carpark one night, he meets a foreign domestic worker. Saro, and he welcomes this new found friendship.
