Susie Wong is an artist, curator and art writer. She is a painter in the oil medium, and works mainly in the figurative for her body of works. Her past works in oils were several series of landscapes, portraits and still life. She has also developed installation works applying drawings, photographs, video media. She has had several solo exhibitions of her work since the 1990s in Singapore and Malaysia. In 2007, she was included in South East Asian Contemporary, Borobudur Auction. She was a recipient of the Shell Discovery Award in 1987, and Winston Oh Travel Award in 2006.
